Meal Preparation Guide
Our dehydrated meals are light, compact, and nutritious—not freeze-dried. Most rehydrate in 20–30 minutes using boiling water for best results.
Rehydration and Cooking

Pot meals: Bring water to a boil, add meal, cook for 5 minutes, let stand for 10 Minutes. Enjoy!

Bag meals: Add hot water, Rehydrate 20–30 minutes.

Breakfasts
With Eggs

The night before. Add the recommended amount of water, mix, remove excess air, let sit.

Float bag in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes or saute in a pan with butter/oil until cooked. Enjoy!
Without Eggs

Add the recommended amount of boiling water, mix, remove excess air, let it sit for 20–30 minutes. Enjoy!

Salads

Add the recommended amount of boiling water, mix, remove excess air, let it sit for 20-30 minutes. Make it in the morning and have it on the go or make it fresh. Enjoy!
Soups
