PeakEATS ships exclusively within Canada. Due to restrictions on transporting certain food products across borders, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods (holidays, large restocks, promotions), processing times may be longer.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier pricing.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to:

PeakEATS is not responsible for delays once your package has been handed off to the carrier.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the first scan.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
PeakEATS is not responsible for orders returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer

Unclaimed packages

PO Box or rural route limitations
If a shipment is returned to us, we can resend it once additional postage is paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

We will open a carrier investigation and help determine next steps.
Carriers require a set timeframe before classifying a parcel as lost.
Weather-Related Delays
As a mountain-based company, seasonal weather can occasionally impact delivery times.
Weather delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Once an order is fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
