Food Product Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products once they have left our facility.

All food sales are final.

If you have concerns regarding your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so our team can assist.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.


Shipping Issues

PeakEATS is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays or lost packages

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address, it can be resent once additional postage is paid.


Order Cancellations

Because we prepare and pack orders quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Returns of Non-Food Merchandise (if applicable)

Non-food merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Books, including signed copies, are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
